Human Resources Manager

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an Human Resources Manager ad interim (m/f/x) for a 6 months assignment.

The company is based in Brussels region.

As Human Resources Manager ad interim, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Manage and support employees in HR matters
• Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with overall business strategy
• People manage a team of 6 and give support in the roll out of projects

The requested qualifications for this Human Resources Manager ad interim position include:

• Proven experience in HR change projects as well as in day to day HR matters
• Highly developed relational skills
• Trilingual NL/FR/ENG
