In this challenging role you'll provide support to sales team and customers (quotation generation, supplier validation documentation, assistance with technical solution proposals and customer complaints,). Manage projects from launch to completion, keeping customers (internal and external) closely updated and involved. Internal coordination and communication with local and remote departments (sales, application engineering, manufacturing, marketing) to meet project and customer deliverables.
Direct contact with customers to support projects and actively develop customer base (prospection).
Identify, in close cooperation with responsible key account managers, actions and deliverables to warrant optimal customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a Technical degree (mechanics, electromechanics, Not IT) or strong technical interest, preferably with first experience in a relevant environment. Strong project management skills (launch, manage and complete projects in structured timely matter). In this role it's important that you are customer driven, an excellent communicator , fluent in English knowledge of Germand and French is an asset. Good administrative capabilities (reporting, quotation preparation, follow-up of actions, ). Some travelling will also be a part of the job, because you will be working in a European group.
