Digital Conversion Specialist

As a Digital Conversion Specialist at KW Partners, your responsibility is to develop and implement retention and optimisation plans for the web shops. You will build and maintain customer relationships by setting up A/B and multivariate testing programmes, applying cross-selling and up-selling, and asking for referrals and reviews. You focus on optimising Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and gaining insight into customer behaviour. You also identify customers who are in danger of switching to competitors and take action to prevent churn. You ensure that KW Partners's web shops continuously meet the value propositions and brand promises. Finally, you manage the retention marketing budget, work with digital sales analysts to measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities, and collaborate with relevant teams to develop digital strategies for different customer segments and support omnichannel activities.


  • Experience with website optimization tools;
  • strong analytical skills that lead to an increase in sales figures;
  • Good understanding online customer retention & conversion;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
  • ⚠+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing.
