Functie

  • You like to accompany, develop the skills and motivations of your colleagues while creating a good climate
  • You manage the schedules, the organization of the service
  • You support the FOM in the running of punctual projects
  • You make sure the team is operational to provide optimal customer service
  • You ensure that handover information is made on time and that the instructions are transmitted between each shift
  • You are an active link between reception, Housekeeping, Sales, Revenue Management, F&B…
  • You ensure that the procedures for welcoming customers in the best conditions are respected by the entire team
  • You ensure that your workspace and the lobby are clean and that everything is under control
  • You stay zen even when all customers arrive at the same time for their check-in
  • The art of Upselling has no secrets for you and you love to pass it on to your colleagues
