At greet hotel Brussels Airport, our mission goes beyond offering a place to stay. In line with our vision, we're seeking a Night Host who shares our passion and is eager to contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests during the night.

Your areas of responsibilities include:

  • Manage the reception desk during the night, providing warm, efficient check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or needs with a smile.
  • Monitor hotel security, conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety of our guests and the property, and respond to any incidents with professionalism and calm.
  • Setting up the breakfast buffet to greet our guests with a delightful start to their day.
  • Ensuring that communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
  • Handling a range of administrative tasks to support hotel operations, including preparing documents for the day team and managing any late-night bookings.

Jouw profiel

  • Previous experience in hospitality/customer service is valued, but your passion for our mission is essential.
  • Good communication skills with proficiency in English and French or Dutch.
  • A committed, night-oriented professional passionate about hospitality.
  • Embrace and convey greet’s ethos of eco-friendly practises and circular hospitality.
  • De opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren (reservaties, annulaties, verkoop, ...)
    Dagelijkse statistische rapporten opstellen (bezettingsgraad, gemiddelde prijs, ...)
  • Klaarmaken en opdienen van het ontbijt in de eetzaal of op de kamer
  • De gemeenschappelijke delen onderhouden en schoonmaken
  • Antwoorden op vragen van de klanten tijdens hun verblijf
  • De klanten verwelkomen bij hun aankomst
    De administratieve formaliteiten in verband met hun verblijf afhandelen
  • De klantenrekeningen administratief opvolgen (aanmaningen, controle van uitgestelde betalingen, ...)
  • Het ontbijt van de gasten klaarmaken
    Het buffet aanvullen
  • De reservaties registreren en de bezetting van kamers, appartementen, bungalows, ... actualiseren
  • De klant informeren over de diensten van de organisatie en de reservatieprocedure
