Employee IT Coordinator/
Support with focus on "Application"

Your main tasks include

As a member of the IT Workload Automation/Business Process Control team, you are the coordinator between the business department and IT:

• You ensure that the requests submitted by the specialist departments via tickets contain all the information relevant to solving the problem and then forward them to the right place in the team (ticket dispatching)
• You provide support during audits, e.g. by auditors
• You work independently on tickets from the specialist departments and thus make a lasting contribution to eliminating problems yourself
• You take over communication with external service providers
• You coordinate and manage projects within the team, e.g. upgrading software to a new release
• You support colleagues in the administration of various central applications in IT
• You support the developers in daily and recurring activities (including minor programming tasks/scripting)

What you bring with you

• You have training as an IT specialist and basic commercial training
• You have impressive analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent action and a quick grasp are among your strengths
• You are a team player and have a high customer and service orientation
• You work independently, show initiative and have a high level of commitment
• You are characterized by a high focus on results and goals as well as a sense of responsibility
• You have strong social skills
• You have good knowledge in dealing with a heterogeneous environment (Windows, Linux, SAP, third-party systems ...)
• You have some experience in programming, especially in the use of script programming
• Experience with databases (MS SQL server) rounds off your profile
• Desirable are: - Experience in working with SAP - Experience in the EDI environment (converters/data exchange formats), especially cross-system data exchange
