In close collaboration with the managing director and executive team you assess and prioritize various complex projects and strategic initiatives, where you play a driving and amplifying role. You challenge and support in the definition of the strategic plan for the Belgian and Luxembourg market to achieve business objectives and drive revenue and profit growth. You proactively identify organizational opportunities to enhance company value and ensuring sustainable business impact. Within our executive team, you lead the execution of key priorities and agreed-upon tactics across all local responsibilities and with close collaboration with the global V&B Services. You take ownership of and continually enhance the company's operational processes.

• You are a multi-talented person who thrives on wearing many professional hats.
• You have obtained a master's degree in business economics or any other business-related field.
• You are a strategic thinker who demonstrates entrepreneurial skills and preferably you have an experience in strategic consulting.
• You are a data-savvy and love to analyze and collect data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization.
• You love to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance vs immediacy.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (French or German are assets).
