Bosch is looking for a motivated Facility Manager with HSE knowledge for the Anderlecht site

As Facility Manager:

• You are facility manager for the buildings in Anderlecht (maintenance, innovation, repair, site monitoring, etc.) for the Bosch activities and the external parties present.
• You manage the investments and budgets and monitor the activities.
• Implement and monitor the Health, Safety & Environment policy.
• You are responsible for risk analysis and evaluation.
• You monitor compliance with Bosch legislation and regulations.
• You coordinate and manage the reception, company restaurant, security, ...
• You coach and manage your ⚠ team members.
• You report to the Global Real Estate Manager Benelux.

• You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in electronics, electricity, electromechanics , mechanics and can demonstrate several years of relevant experience.
• You have management experience.
• You are communicative and good contacts.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• You have a level ⚠ prevention advisor certificate or are willing to obtain one.
• You are analytical, entrepreneurial, proactive, results-oriented and can work independently.
