HR Business Partner | Food services


Sander.HR is currently seeking an HR Business Partner for our partner active in the food services sector located in Brussels.

As part of a multinational company, you will be based at the site in Brussels. The company aims to enhance the quality of life of its clients, employees, and the communities where it operates.

The values include a spirit of service, teamwork, entrepreneurship, autonomy, and responsibility. This position reports locally to the HR manager, who is seeking to develop the HR department and processes.


The HR Business Partner will:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Act as a real business partner.
  • Overview: Talent management, performance review & succession planning
  • Be the SPOC for specific topics and unions representative.

  • At least 5 years ‘experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in a sector mixing white & blue collars.
  • Dutch speaking with a good level of French.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, diplomatic and proactive approach.
