What will be your main duties?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Digital Adoption Specialist to join and support our Digital Business & Technology team. The successful candidate will help design and implement the company's digital adoption initiatives to maximise the utilisation of our digital assets.

• Managing the implementation of WalkMe's digital adoption platform across the company's digital assets.
• Designing, building, and managing applications via AppSheet.
• Collaborating with business, technical, and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications, and training.
• Driving agile development processes to deliver new features and functionality, ensuring a best-in-class digital user experience.
• Measuring and evaluating the impact of solutions developed against KPIs to drive ROI back to the business.
• Influencing, delivering, and presenting in an environment with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and timelines.
• Collaborating with WalkMe CSM and Sales contacts to maximise the utility of the WalkMe tool and ensure that the expansion of the Digital Adoption Platform is not hindered by technical or licensing limitations.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise a workload are essential
• Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines.
• A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers, and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
