Consignment Business Manager (m/f/d) (100%)


Triumph Group joins the ranks of global leaders in the lingerie sector, with a multi-facetted product palette that is sold in more than 80 countries, from Norway to Morocco and from Chile to Australia. This is taken care of by around 20,000 wholesale customers, with whom Triumph has traditionally had close relations, in addition to a dense network of more than 2,300 controlled points of sale, which are operated both by partners and by Triumph itself. Our Wholesale Department in Belgium is looking for a

Consignment Business Manager (m/f/d) (100%)

In this role you will contribute to the further development of Triumph Consignment Business to achieve Strategic Business Plans and annual financial targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent Consignment Account Management
  • Develop yearly budget plans in line with company goals
  • Participate in assortment plans and forecasting to identify opportunities for growth and expand Brand distribution
  • Identify opportunities to ensure business growth through monthly reporting and business plan reviews
  • Perform seasonal stock takes and organize end of season returns
  • Demonstrate strong market awareness through regular store visits, attendance at Brand conferences, and seasonal alignment meetings providing professional product presentations
  • Lead the team of sales specialists in our consignment shop in shops
  • Work closely together with internal stakeholders as marketing and customer service departments

Your ideal profile:

  • Third grade secondary school or higher
  • 3-year previous experience in a manager role leading team in Retail / Key / Consignment accounts
  • Team Player and self-motivated with hands-on mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and plan work effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and solution driven mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and French is required
