Based in Liège, our company is a fast-developing company that implements and supports advanced data validation and reconciliation solutions worldwide. It helps the customer, mostly found in energy sector, to improve performance and profitability. Due to the fast growth of the company, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for immediate recruitment.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with the Director to provide administrative support.
  • You must be reliable, flexible and discreet. Rigorous, versatile and granted with good people skills, the executive assistance handles tasks with enthusiasm.
  • You are expected to take initiatives and bring ideas and solutions to improve the operation.
  • As a real support to colleagues, you assist them in their organization and collaborates efficiently to their activities' success.
  • You are graduated in secretarial field and has a first proven experience in a similar position. You are Microsoft Office literate and fluent in French and English.


You will have to:

  • Manage all phone communications, inwards and outwards mail, documents and deliveries (paper, electronic mail, courier);
  • Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports and documents;
  • Sort/store all administrative information and archives;
  • Manage agendas and make appointments with customers and providers;
  • Welcome visitors and takes care of them during their visits;
  • Organize business travel arrangements for internal and external people and coordinate the organization of global events;
  • Provide daily administrative support to the employees and the Director;
  • Assisting the organization's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on
