Functie
Lead responsible for the day to day running of our Gent bar.
Point of contact for all info regarding beverages.
• Prepare, mix, shake, and serve all beverages to the Mission Masala standard
• Fluent in all operations required to run the bar; prep of all cocktails, mocktails, garnishes
and all other drinks like wines & teas
• Complete start up and shut down of the bar efficiently in a timely manor
• Collaborate with overarching bar responsible for weekly specials and implement new
drinks in accordance with guidelines
• Ensure a smooth handover between shifts, clear briefing and following up upon return.
• Guide, motivate and coach support bar staff.
• Ensure a fast & efficient shift, serving drinks within a tight timeline.
• Maintain strong communication with GDWN Experts and weekly catch ups with restaurant
manager.
• Responsible for stock management & ordering
• Ensure bar is clean and following industry standard regulations
• Continuously support the restaurant in improving their bar activities
• Maintain equipment and recipe documentation, keeping everything in order and running
accurately.
• Support restaurant manager in additional day to day tasks.
Jouw profiel
Min ⚠ years’ experience in a bar or restaurant.
• Strong work ethic, great communication & able to adapt and work under pressure
• Well organised with an eye for detail & excellent time management skills.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of natural wines, craft beers & mixology is a plus
• Available weekends and evenings

Bestellingen plaatsen - De betaling voor de consumpties innen
- De kassa bij het begin van de werkdag controleren
De kassa-inhoud bij sluiting tellen - De tafels, toog afruimen
De bar- en zaaluitrusting onderhouden en schoonmaken - De ruimtes en de bar inrichten en opnieuw op orde zetten
- De klant ontvangen en de bestelling van dranken opnemen
- De dranken klaarmaken en aan de toog, in de zaal, op het terras aan de klant serveren
- De glazen afwassen
- De goederen ontvangen en ze opbergen (biervaten, flessenrekken, ...)
